SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We understand it's difficult for customers to visit us due to COVID-19, so whilst our website doesn't support orders, we can provide custom order & shipping support to our customers.
Please list the items that you want via the FORM below, & we can provide a quote for the cost of items + shipping.
If you are happy with the quoted cost, we accept bank transfer or PayIDmobile.
We choose Sendle and Australia Post to deliver our Parcels nationwide. Tracking will be provided. Current estimated shipping fee start at $7.05 can be found HERE (to be confirmed in quote).
If delivery address is within 5km of us, we can offer $10 flat-rate inhouse delivery. Fresh and frozen produce can only be delivered with this option.

For any change of mind, unopened and undamaged products, please return the goods with 14 days of receiving the package at the buyer's expense (either visit store or return delivery) and we will refund the money to you.
Note, we will check expiry/best before dates on our products to ensure the goods that are sent out are still good.
If product is damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible.
